This session will introduce participants to the fundamentals of SEND leadership, emphasising the importance of collaboration within the SEND team. Attendees will explore various roles and responsibilities, learn about effective strategies for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, and discover pathways for professional development in SEND leadership.
