Will is the Trust SEND Lead for The Charter Schools Educational Trust, supporting schools to develop inclusive practices and improve outcomes for pupils with SEND. With experience across primary and secondary settings, he work closely with senior leaders to enhance SEND strategy, strengthen parental partnerships, and embed evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning. Will has delivered NPQs and provides CPD for school staff on SEND and inclusion. His work focuses on school improvement, ensuring SEND is central to whole-school development and leadership.
