Join us for a dynamic series of webinars designed to support and empower headteachers and deputies. This series will explore key areas of headship, offering practical insights, expert guidance, and peer discussion to strengthen your leadership impact across your school community.

  • Inspection readiness under the renewed EIF: what’s changed and how to evidence impact:  Thursday 19th November 2026, 10:00 -11:30am

  • Leading the Organisation and Developing People Well: building a high‑performing workforce: This session focuses on how leaders align people, performance and workforce strategy to strengthen the organisation and promote long‑term school success. Thursday 21 January 2027, 10:00 -11:30am

  • Data that drives improvement: using school data to make better decisions (without drowning in dashboards): Practical decision-making: what to track, how to spot the “so what”, and how to link data to actions, monitoring and impact. Thursday 18th March 2027, 10:00 -11:30am

  • HR restructures and capability: doing it lawfully, ethically and with clarity: Restructure fundamentals, consultation principles, capability vs conduct, and how to reduce risk while maintaining dignity and fairness. Thursday 29th April 2027, 10:00 -11:30am

  • Health & safety compliance for school leaders (including premises): statutory duties, risk and governance: Leadership accountability, appointing competent support, proportionate risk management, incident reporting, and premises-related compliance touchpoints. Thursday 1st July 2027, 10:00 -11:30am
