Overview

This session will explore the principles of strategic vision, planning, and implementation, i using the EEF Implementation Guidance to support an evidence-informed approach. Participants will examine effective strategies for developing a clear vision, translating it into actionable plans, and ensuring successful implementation through structured, step-by-step processes. Emphasis will be placed on creating sustainable change, overcoming common barriers, and using research-led practices to drive school improvement.
