As a teacher with over 20 years of experience in Education (Including more than 10 years in senior leadership) I can support with implementation planning, the leadership of change and the development of healthy organisational cultures. Having worked with organisations such as Peer Review and Challenge partners, I am skilled in working collaboratively with Senior Leadership Teams. I currently work as an Intensive Support Partner for the London South East + Maths hub, supporting school leaders to ensure the implementation conditions in their schools are ready for meaningful and long-lasting change. My other area of strength is in maths. An NCETM Teaching for Mastery specialist since 2019, I have worked with dozens of local schools to support curriculum development, enhance professional understanding and improve outcomes for pupils. I have the NCETM Professional Development lead accreditation and am currently working towards my School Development Lead accreditation.
