Christopher Toye has been a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher in the London Borough of Lambeth for twenty five years. He has led a number of schools on their improvement journeys including six Ofsted outstanding judgements. He has been a National Leader of Education since 2013 and was only fifty NLEs that were redesignated nationally in 2022. He has delivered the DfE's Tailored Support Programme and Trust and School Improvement Offer as well as carrying out school to school support in London, the South East, South West and East of England. He is a serving Ofsted Inspector in the South East region. He is a School Improvement Advisor for the London Borough of Lambeth and has delivered the NPQH and NPQEL programmes.
