I have been a teacher since 2016 and have worked at DHJS since 2017. I have taught across a range of year groups in Key Stage 2 and in 2020 I became Maths Lead. Since then, I have worked in different London South East Plus Maths hubs as well as trained with the London South Research School to become a Lead Practitioner; I focussed my project on improving mathematical outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. I spoke at TCEST conference in July 2024 as part of the Lead Practitioner group. This year, I have been selected to be part of Cohort 10 to become a NCETM Maths Specialist.
