Ally is the Headteacher at The Belham Primary School, bringing a  experience in supporting middle leaders, EYFS, and professional development. She began her career as an early years teacher, fostering a deep understanding of child development and pedagogy. Passionate about school leadership, Ally has completed both the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), equipping her with the skills to drive school improvement and inspire teams.

Committed to continuous professional development, she is an Evidence Lead in Education (ELE) for Charles Dickens Research School, supporting schools in implementing evidence-informed practice. With a strong focus on high-quality teaching and learning, Ally works collaboratively to develop leadership capacity, improve outcomes for pupils, and enhance professional growth among staff.
