Kirsty is an Assistant Headteacher at Dulwich Hamlet Junior School and leads on staff development, ECTs and student teachers and teaching and learning.  Before becoming Assistant Headteacher, Kirsty was English lead for 10 years across schools in South London and was an English Specialist Leader of Education.  She has held ‘Explore the Evidence’ sessions for London South, has supported a number of English leads with staff training and is currently running training for support staff across South London.  Nearing the end of her NPQSL, Kirsty is excitedly creating an evidence-informed learning community and is forever thinking up ways of supporting teachers to actively engage in research in a meaningful and supportive way.
