With over 25 years of experience in education, I have held a range of roles, including class teacher, subject lead, SENDCo, deputy head, and headteacher. Currently, I serve as the Federation Safeguarding Lead and sit on the Lambeth LSCP Board, ensuring best practices in child protection. I am also a facilitator for NPQML, NPQSL, and ECT mentoring, supporting the development of future school leaders.
