Diana Osagie holds a BSc, PGCE, MA, NPQSI, and a Diploma in Coaching. With over 22 years of experience in secondary education, including headship in a London secondary school and later as an executive head, Diana is at the forefront of leadership development. Known for her resilience and expertise in urban leadership, she thrives in navigating complex and challenging environments. Diana combines a clear strategic vision with effective operational guidance, delivering impactful results in leadership.
A former school lead inspector for 9 years, Diana developed a keen eye for evaluating operational systems and leadership competency. She is also the founder of The Academy of Women’s Leadership, where she supports women in strengthening their leadership cultures and empowering them to become confident, transformative leaders.
Diana is the author of four books on leadership, where she blends humor, compassion, and courage in exploring the truth of leading others.
