Daniela is the Assistant Headteacher for Early Years at Charles Dickens Primary School and Nursery, and the Lead Practitioner for the London South Early Years Practice Hub. Her experience spans the primary phase in schools, nursery schools, Early Years centres, and PVIs. With a specialism in Early Years, Daniela is dedicated to working with the youngest learners and creating enriching outdoor learning environments.

Her passion for child development from birth has led her to establish stay-and-play sessions and two-year-old provisions. Daniela focuses on ensuring high-quality Early Years education by leading large teams and using evidence-informed approaches to inform practice. She also delivers training on outdoor learning, emphasising its role in language development and inclusion.

In addition, Daniela is passionate about the role of Physical Development in overall child development. She has worked with the EEF to create exemplification materials that support recommended approaches.
