Adam has significant experience of primary school improvement as a headteacher leading a school from 'requires improvement' to 'outstanding' and as an academy trust leader supporting several schools to raise KPIs above national averages and improve Ofsted ratings.  He works with schools at all stages of their improvement journey with expertise in leadership development, support for effective implementation, curriculum development, and inspection readiness.  He is an experienced facilitator for several NPQ providers and leads the Supporting Early Language Development programme delivered by English Hubs.  He is an experienced leadership coach and has supported new headteachers as part of the DfE's Early Headship Coaching Offer.
