I specialise in leading on behaviour and pastoral support in primary schools. This includes developing a nurturing, relationships-based and trauma-informed practice in schools, one that helps to support children to become increasingly resilient and respectful. In my pastoral capacity, I develop a proactive strategy to supporting children’s wellbeing and build an effective, tiered approach to SEMH provision. Additionally, I am an SLE for science, supporting Science Leaders to develop their curriculum and teaching and learning in their contexts.
