Emily Crow is the Deputy Director of the London South Teaching School Hub, where she has led the DfE Behaviour Hub Programme for three years. In this role, Emily trained and coached senior leaders in over twenty schools across the South East, helping to improve behaviour cultures and drive long-term change.
