I am an experienced leader with a proven track record for bringing about rapid and sustained improvement, having held a wide range of leadership posts at Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher level. Responsibilities have included oversight of pastoral structures (behaviour & attitudes), curriculum design and implementation, raising standards and managing one of the largest school sports partnerships in the country. I am passionate about providing opportunities for both students and staff to thrive through a dynamic and collaborative approach. I have recently completed my NPQH.
