I have been in education since 2001 and Senior Leadership for the last 17 years. Since 2021 I have been the Headteacher at Lilian Baylis Technology School. During my time I have lead the school through Covid Recovery, taken on the challenges of the new GCSEs, and lead the school through a highly successful OFSTED in 2023, where we were judged to be "Outstanding".

In addition to leading a Secondary School, I also am also the Chair for the Lambeth Secondary Heads group, sit on the Board of the Lambeth Schools Partnership and Safe Taskforce, am a trustee of two Educational charities and also mentor new Headteachers.

I have exclusively worked in schools that serve lower resourced communities and my main passion in education is striving for Social Justice by embedding equitable practices across the sector.
