I am a senior leader with over 15 years’ experience in inner London. School improvement, particularly around inclusion, is an area of interest and strength of my leadership expertise. During my career, I have been part of SLT teams improving and maintaining Ofsted judgements and curated a provision from scratch in a newly commissioned Foundation School. Since 2022, I have led the SEND HUB which has provided a supportive network for SENCOs and school leaders; developing inclusion for children with SEND in the mainstream classroom. In this role, I have mentored new SENCOs and coached a variety of schools requiring improvement. I have experience of managing a resource provision and have conducted reviews of inclusion in specialist and private settings. I hold the National SENCO Award from UCL and I am a facilitator for their current NPQ SENCO.
